This project required an on-site inspection of the cooling systems. The clients provided a significant amount of background material, which helped us make the correct diagnosis - quicker.

The information that we gathered from the on-site inspection related to radiator core style and size (and applicability for its intended purpose), fluid condition and use (internally and externally), and maintenance practices.

We recommended 1) changes to operating procedures, 2) changes to the supporting infrastructure for the cooling system, and 3) a set of radiator cores designed specifically to cool this application.

Now the New England Metals Recycling plant's engines run cool.        Back
